The personnel of Prometalica Industrial de Manufactura, S.A. of C.V in order to meet the requirements of its customers has made the commitment to: work with quality "zero nonconformities"; safely "zero accidents" and with positive attitude "zero I can not"; so it has decided to implement a business management system based on the International Standard ISO-9001: 2015.

To comply with the Quality policy, the following have been defined and planned:

Quality Objectives

• Production. Comply with 100% delivery times.
• Purchases. Achieve minimum savings in purchases of critical materials with respect to the price quoted by 5%.
• Maintenance. Reduce to 0% the number of hours lost from production due to lack of maintenance to the machines.
• Quality. Achieve and maintain below 1% the economic impact of customer claims with respect to the budgeted monthly invoice.

Security, Hygiene, Health and Environment Control Policy

All of us who work in Prometalica Industrial de Manufacturas, S.A. of C.V. we have committed ourselves to comply with the provisions established in the Federal Regulation of Safety, Hygiene and Work Environment issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (STPS) and with its Official Mexican Standards (NOM's) referenced, in all tasks that we execute in the company and external areas with responsibility for Prometalica.
